If mediation and arbitration has failed, or if one party is unwilling to agree to mediate or arbitrate, litigation may be the only solution to the conflict. Business disputes arise from time to time. We legally support a German engine builder and plant manufacturer in connection with the fending-off of damage claims due to an explosion in a paper mill.
Moreover, in the last year our law firm was involved in the process of a recall of motor vehicles in the USA, and we led recourse proceedings over electronic components in Beijing.
Our law firm was also involved with injector damages of locomotives in the USA, India and South America.
